Goal: 199lbs First Goal 223 (achieved 4/13/2011!!!) 8lbs away from 199!
To be at a manageable weight, where I don't get worn out going up the stairs and I don't get back pains. I am also trying to avoid gaining back rolls, which I do not currently have but if I keep going at the pace I am...well
To eventually run a full marathon with my younger brother
Weaknesses:
My husbands cooking and him constantly bringing junk food home. My husband bringing home chocolate. Little Caesars bread sticks, boredom eating
I need to remember to move. I am a lot better than I was, but I have quite a bit of free time that I could be using productively
Game plan:
More exercise, daily, nothing strenuous, I just need to get up and go more often. Healthier food, organic food. No cheese, light dairy. No chocolate, limited sweets (hubby's shortbread cookies are ok ;)) Cant deprive myself of everything! No beef, or pork, just chicken. More veggies and fruits. Learn more about exotic fruits and how to eat them.
Rowing machine, PointsPlus on Weight Watchers, attend weekly Weight Watchers meetings.
Try to walk, just for exercise, at least once a day
