Try weighing yourself different times during a 24 hours period. Guess what? You will get a different answer from your scale every time. The same will happen day to day. It is important for you to weigh yourself at the same time everyday under the same circumstances.
The best time to weigh yourself is first thing after you wake up. Before you eat or drink anything and after you have used the bathroom. If you make this a daily practice or even just once a week but at the same point of your day than you will receive true readings.
