Did you know that it takes 7 minutes for your food to reach your stomach. Seems untrue doesnt it? I mean it doesnt have to travel that far. From now on instead of having seconds, I will eat smaller meals more often. If you only eat 3 large meals a day, during the time period in between meals your body goes into starvation mode and then saves all of those calories from your meal.
Eating smaller portions more often, tells your body that it is not starving and does not need to save all of the calories.
