So tonight I am trying a chicken pot pie recipe.   I checked on it after the timer went off and the middle didnt look golden brown yet, so I put two more minutes on the timer and closed the door.  The other day I had forgotten to turn the oven off for awhile, so I thought I would take care of this now and shut the oven off.  Two minutes later I open the oven door to this strange glowing red light.  The top if the crust looked like this. I glanced up at the oven controls, figures I turned the dang thing to Broil instead of off.  Dang Nabbit!

Update:  Turned out pretty yummy anyways!
