Im a Nervous Wreck

When my husband is here I am fine.  When he is not here I feel like I am going to explode into tears.  Yes my common sense realizes that I will be fine, possibly better once the surgery is over with.  However I believe it is that time of the month for me and my woman sense has heightened my mood to terrified.  
I do realize that I may be acting completely irrational.  I can't help it when it's just me and the kids.  Speaking of...I must go tend to them, they have decided to take this moment to beat each other...
