Hubby and I survived Christmas! Even with all the extra sweets we have been consuming the scale has not moved up even an ounce! It hasn't moved down but for me, I am just happy it has not gone up! 6 pounds away from the 100 mark. It unimaginable that I can lose that in 4 days and I am ok with that!
I have also realized that I love my full on view of myself in pictures like the one above. However this next year I will work on the side view
I didnt receive the cold weather running stuff from my hubby that I asked for so I got online and ordered it for myself and it should be here soon with our free trial of Amazon prime. I am determined to get back on the running horse. I also need to go and get new workout clothes. The other day when I went walking, I tried jogging a couple of times and realized I was unable because my pants kept falling down!
New Years, I have never really celebrated new Years, in fact, I've never been to a bar, party, or a concert. Every year hubby and I ring in the new year by sleeping and it wont be any different this year. Next year I am looking forward to completing the Couch to 5K and the Couch to 25K. My brother was also selected to run the Boston Marathon in April and I am planning on being in the sidelines cheering him on!

ReplyDeleteYou look fantastic Hyla! The comparison pictures are fabulous! And great job on not gaining weight over Christmas... I wish I could write a post saying the same thing but I think my Friday weigh-in is going to be a bit of a slap in the face! Dang pudding!
