When I get a feeling for something sweet, I have sugar-free chocolate. I don't eat any sugar (because I'm addicted to it) and sugar free chocolate is not addictive. I know you're thinking of that really bad chocolate in pharmacies they make for diabetics, but I'm talking about Reese, Hershey's and Russell Stover sugar-free chocolate. A couple pieces is all you need to quench your craving and I swear, you won't be able to tell the difference:)
